  • Roasted Pork Loin - Slow roasted and perfectly seasoned, and thinly sliced, served in apple cider au jus (1/2 pan $36, full pan $68)

  • Petite Mini Stuffed Cabbage Rolls - Stuffed with Angus ground beef and rice, topped with tomato sauce (1/2 pan $36, full pan $68) 

  • Sausage with Peppers & Onions - Local, handcrafted hot sausage with or without sauce (1/2 pan $36, full pan $68) 

  • Meatballs in Marinara Sauce Handcrafted beef and pork meatballs in housemade marinara sauce (1/2 pan $36, full pan $68) 

PASTA ENTREES

  • Cheese Stuffed Shells - Jumbo shells stuffed with my ricotta cheese mix and covered

CHEF JOE'S SIGNATURE APPLE GORGONZOLA SALAD - A mixture of chopped lettuce and spring mix, dried cranberries, seasoned croutons, heirloom tomatoes with either gorgonzola or mozzarella cheese with housemade red wine vinaigrette dressing (1/2 pan $20, full pan $40)
