Chef Joe has been feeding his family and friends for decades.  In 2008, Joe enrolled at the Pennsylvania Culinary Le Cordon Bleu, graduating top in his class and receiving the schools prestigous "The Dieter Kiessling Professionalism Award."  


Chef Joe is Licensed and certified by the Pennsylvania Dept of Agriculture and received his Serve Safe Certification.


His experience includes a trained internship at the world famous Oakmont Country Club.  Chef Joe has worked as a catering/deli chef at Highmark  Blue Cross in downtown Pittsburgh and currently at Alcoa Technical Center.  Now, all of the Alle Kiski Valley can delight in his tasty creations.
